What Is Inarizushi



Inarizushi, or inari sushi, is a Japanese dish containing sushi rice stuffed inside burned tofu pockets (generally called aburaage or seared bean curd) that have been cooked in a dashi stock forward blend. Hand created inarizushi is made by stewing cooked tofu pockets (generally called aburaage or burned bean curd) in dashi stock ready with sugar, mirin, and soy sauce, making them sensitive and delicious, with essentially a hint of enjoyableness. Inarizushi gets its name from the Shinto master of agriculture, Inari.
