Why are Nourishing Dubai’s meals healthy?

Nourishing Dubai was founded on the idea that true health means you’re making the right choices for your body because you want to, not because you have to. Our meal delivery program is based on a whole-foods lifestyle that includes only the freshest, most nutrient-dense and delicious ingredients available. Not only is each meal created to ensure that you are getting a balanced meal but the entire month of meals is planned to make sure that both your body and mind are getting a varied selection of nutrients and recipes.  Nourishing’s meals are always gluten-free, dairy-free, organic, and locally sourced whenever possible. Every bite is packed with body-loving vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, fibre, and protein to get you glowing from the inside out!

Are your programs gluten-free & dairy-free?

Yes – all our meals are 100% gluten & dairy-free! So many of us are sensitive or allergic to gluten & dairy without being aware of it. By cutting both out of your life, your body will no longer have to work overtime to digest and eliminate this foreign object, and instead can focus on healing itself naturally. 

Are your meals raw or cooked?

Both! Lots of the ingredients that we use in our menus are fresh and in their natural state (raw), but we also include cooked foods as well. Some foods are actually healthier for you if they're lightly cooked. The nutrients are easier for your body to absorb and the food is easier to digest.  We also believe that going completely raw isn't an accessible or sustainable diet choice for the majority of people. Our goal is to teach healthy, sustainable, FUN eating habits
